at Camp Chrysalis

“Encountering God”

John 15:5 says “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

It seems easier to turn away from Jesus especially when we are struggling. But when we do not seek Him, we wither and cannot live out the fruit-bearing purpose that God has intended for each of us. How can we remain in Him? We need to nourish our relationship with Jesus– whether it is a tiny sapling or a lush shrub.

Join us as we use Kelly Minter’s study, Encountering God, as the backdrop to encourage us in the ways God gives us to remain in Jesus.  We are praying for God to bless our time of study, worship and fellowship – bringing us the true peace and joy that only He can provide.

Join us for a weekend of learning and fellowship, fun, and worship.

In case you are wondering, the accommodations for the weekend camp are wonderful! This is no ordinary ‘kids camp’ setting!

Cost for the whole weekend will be $125, and will include a bed and four meals. There is an option for Saturday only for just $35 which includes two meals. Transportation will be available, if needed, simply mark the need for it when you register.

We will have the opportunity to enjoy Camp Chrysalis with many activities. When registering, please let us know if you would like to participate in the planned yoga activity, archery, and/or hiking.  If yoga is on your agenda, please bring a yoga mat or beach towel with you, as these are not provided by the camp.

Evening Session 7pm-8:30pm
Fellowship and smores at the fire ring and followed by more fellowship in the cabins

Saturday
Breakfast 8am-8:45am
Morning Session 9am-11:30am
Lunch 12pm-12:45pm
Afternoon Session 1pm-2:15pm
Break for camp activities (archery, hike, yoga, games, etc) – 2:30pm-4:30pm
Worship 5pm-5:45pm
Dinner 6pm-6:45pm
BUNCO 7pm-?
Fellowship in cabins

Devotion 8:30am
Breakfast 9:30am-9:45am
Depart any time after breakfast
